Happy Pride Month everyone! I hope it is a great one for you and all your loved ones. Part of my celebration will be attending a Pride night at a local baseball game. I go with my best friend and we both bring our dads. I call it dad gay children bonding night lol. I am not really into sports, but I like taking my dad to at least one game a year, so of course I pick the pride night to go. I am also hoping to make it to my city’s pride fest. We don’t have a parade or anything big really, but I am always so happy to spend the time with my friends and among other gays.

While I am still having some health issues, I do seem to be getting better overall instead of worse. I have been on vacation from work and have been able to have some meals I for sure wouldn’t have been able to tolerate a month ago. I am still having some pain and digestion issues, but it is so much better than it was. I hope I continue to heal!

Some things I have been up to!
Reading: Still reading Dungeon Meshi, but I am almost done. I picked up 12 from the library this morning. I didn’t read as much this past month as I normally would. Debating if I want to go back to Chainsaw Man arc 2 when I am done, or pick up something else to read.
Crafts: A successful month!

• - I finished a hooded scarf that I picked up as a mini project.
• - I also picked back up a large blanket project that I needed a break from. I was working so hard to get it done asap that of course I burnt myself out on it and put it aside for two months. I finished the section I was working on and have moved onto the next section! Yay progress!
• - I now know how to weave a bookmark! Well somewhat,,, I don’t have a finished one yet, but when I do I will share! The other day I had to make a stop at my LYS and saw they had some bookmark weaving kits. I had some store credit, so I decided to pick one up. I enjoy weaving so far and I could see myself getting really into it!

Art: I haven’t painted since the day I had my scope lol. There is no particular reason why besides I haven’t exactly felt like it. When I was out for a walk the other day I thought about maybe continuing my painting cats thing and painting cats that I see while I am out, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.
Garden: Garden is pretty much set the way I want for the year. I would like to have more plants, but my budget and wellness have me a bit limited. The last major thing I picked up was 4 different pepper plants for my gf. I would have liked to add in some cucumbers and zucchinis. I have the seeds, but I think I am going to give myself a break and save them for fall planting. The potatoes I have are absolutely taking off and I have a feeling I will be harvesting those before the end of summer for sure.
Playing: The past two weeks or so I have been Stardew crazy. I made a new file and am just starting winter of my first year. I will have everything to finish the community center year 1 except for truffles! I actually didn’t exactly plan to finish the community center in year 1, I just had a lot of stupid luck. But since I wasn’t planning, I didn’t upgrade my barn enough before the winter to get piggies. I could hope I get lucky with the traveling seller, but I don’t mind waiting a little longer. This file has had so much dumb luck I can’t believe it. I even have a prismatic shard I got from the regular mines during fall year 1! Like holy crap!

And that’s about it for me. It’s funny that I post this at the start of the month and call them “Month Happenings” when really all I do is talk about what I have been doing the past few weeks but shhhh. I am not changing the way I do this right now.
